There is a new episode of Super Ordinary Living up, finally.
I am publishing episodes at the speed now known as Super Slow Mo.
If I hadn't been whisked away to the alternate dimension known as Las Vegas, this episode might have come out sooner.  But it is what it is.

Join Nebulus and Von Domino as they take a thrilling bus ride and surf the web.
Really, that's it....a bus ride and some web surfing.
This is the Ordinary World, after all.

Check out the whole web comic at Super Ordinary Living.

Crabapple Mural to be Auctioned Off

Boing Boing is reporting that Molly Crabapple is auctioning a huge mural (I watched her draw at the Stumptown Comic Fest) for a fundraiser for the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund.
From the Fund:
Molly Crabapple wanted to make a huge statement about her support for Free Speech. With attacks on comics on the rise and border searches increasing, Crabapple saw a need to do her part. So, she created a monstrous masterpiece to benefit CBLDF -- a masterpiece that you can bid on!
Created during the Stumptown Comics Festival and measuring in at 8 feet high and 7 feet wide, every inch of the piece is covered with Crabapple's intricate pen work. A true participatory performance piece, it incorporates suggestions from convention attendees, from tentacles to bottles of scotch. As staggering as the dimensions of piece are, it is all the more stunning for the amount of detail Crabapple incorporated into it. "I love the energy of creating something massive surrounded by a crowd," says Crabapple, "and to feed off that energy and draw something that I love. It was an honor to make an art monster for CBLDF."
CBLDF Executive Director Charles Brownstein adds, "As the founder of Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art School, Molly has been an adamant supporter of Free Speech and CBLDF. She's an established name in the fine art world and a rising star in comics. It's a privilege to have her support for CBLDF, and the piece she created is nothing short of spectacular." The auction for this artistic tour de force is live now.

Glass ceiling

Blown glass ceiling at the Bellagio.

Why did we book such an early flight?

So we could see the sun rise at 5am. And so we could get home before midnight.
Spending all day at airports and on airplanes.
Home tonight!!!

Good times

Went to the medieval knights show at the Excalibur. Had a great time.

My House is on the Move

Packing up the house, well the people anyway.
Taking a rocket ship, well an airplane or two, to Vegas
Where the radiation is intense and we have to wear protective gear, well sunglasses.
Hulk needs sunglasses!
See ya on the flip side...

Terror Pulls the Switch...

Dev Meeting Doodle Robot

Just read Magnus Robot Fighter 4000 AD last night. So the evil robot,
H8, made a doodle appearance this morning.

Harry blue men

Harry blue men have nothing to do with why I have not been online.
I've been in Chicago selling software and now I am going to Las Vegas
to perform connubial rites. (Look it up, genius.)
At least I have my armor to give me a false sense of security and to
reduce my mobility.
And remember, the future knows where you will hide.

Cap and Zee Cylinder

Anderson Toons has an old Captain America coloring book from the 60s online.
It is a rousing, if mysterious, tale of Batroc and his cylinder, Captain America and a girl.
Great fun, especially if you have a dirty mind, like I do.  Enjoy.
Hey boys, my eyes are up here!  Look at my elevated cylinder.  Oh, you are...
A cylinder in the hand, is worth two in zee bush.
Always use a condom.  Cylinder safety is important.  "Thok" will be our safe word.  Batroc looks satisfied.
In Zee Hand, please.  But don't use zee hand you used to handle my cylinder.
 Cap, knows what he wants.
But Cap still likes the girls.
So that's what the kids are calling it these days.
Are those pills for Cap or for the girl???  You could color them blue for him.
But if you are coloring your cylinder blue for more than four hours, call your doctor.
That's all for now, kids!!!
