Having a little less
The travelers come
Carrying the little they own
To a land that promises more
The locals have so much stuff
They seem overloaded and bogged down
Yet they scream at the travelers,
“How dare you come here?
To take what is ours!”
Meanwhile the unwieldy piles
Of excess possessions
Wobble and threaten to topple
A little more
