Plans are what we make
While life is happening
To other people
We don’t know personally
But we should be reassured
That a friend of our friend
Saw it first hand
That’s got to be worth
At least two in the bush
Cause out in the wilds
You need a good map
So we’d better make plans
To cope with this territory
Before our plans make us
Stop this car
Don’t think that we won’t
We will go right back home
If you kids don’t learn some respect
For the plans your elders have made
Without consulting snotty-nosed brats
Who’ve never worked a day
In their life
So you’d better lay off
