ECCC was a huge show this year.  But very well done.
We saw so many great people and discovered some excellent comics.
The costumes were fantastic.
The vendors were great (and we knew most of them).
A sold out show, all three days!
I dressed up as Doctor Strange (the new black costume) and Evelyn dressed up as the Scarlet Witch (the new Uncanny Avengers costume).
Fun, fun, fun.

Emerald City Comicon starts Friday, March 1st and goes through Sunday, March 3rd.

Signed Kirby Krackle CDs

Met Kyle Stevens of Kirby Krackle, the band, at Emerald City Comicon 2011.

Picked up some CDs and got them graciously autographed.

Fun music about Superheroes, video games and other geeky subjects.

Been listening to them all day.

Love the music and love that the band is named after Jack Kirby's method of drawing cosmic energy, Kirby Crackle.

Glad to know I'm not the only Rocket Raccoon Fan

At the Marvel Panel at Emerald City Comicon 2011, Marvel Big Wig Brian Michael Bendis took a moment for our favorite evolved mammal and member of the Guardians of the Galaxy: Rocket Raccoon

In response to a fan request to see Rocket Raccoon in the future, Bendis replied, "I wouldn't be surprised if Rocket Raccoon turned up in the 'Ultimate Spiderman' cartoon -- that's the level of nerdiness that we're at."

Hugo Weaving Is The Red Skull

The costume looks great.  The skull looks great.  You know Hugo Weaving has the VOICE.  Let's just hope Cap can step up to the Skull's evil awesomeness.
