Here is a pic of Sam's great Big Barda tattoo.
And the sketch I did for her at Bellingham Comicon.

Meet Me In America: Part 2
The thrilling Comic Mashup Theater conclusion to Meet Me in America
Meet Me in America is a mashup of random photos and script from
Captain America #1 (1941 Marvel Comics) by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby.
Presented with love and respect for the original and with no claim made to the original copyright holders.
I have always loved that over-the-top language of the old comics and couldn't resist having some fun with it. Go check out the original.

Kirby News Mash Up: The Ryan Budget Cometh!!!
Harry Reid is going to make Senate Republicans take a stand on the hugely unpopular Ryan Budget, you know, the one that kills Medicare and cuts taxes for the richest Americans, again!
America has the resources to take care of old and sick people, but we let our politicians dance this absurd dance every year. And then we don't hold them accountable. It's crazy...
Oh, yeah. Thanks Dr McNinja. I almost forgot. Life is absurd!
Carry on Congress!!!!

Ever Wonder Where MODOK came from?
Marvel's "Tales of Suspense #94" 1959
Created by AIM as a living super computer to plum the mystery of the Cosmic Cube.
He made the mistake of taking on Captain America while alienating his own AIM personnel.
Dissension in the ranks of the yellow bee keepers is what did him in. But fear not, in classic comic book fashion, MODOK comes back from the dead at least 2 more times.
But if we talk about him too much, I'm afraid MODOK will get a big head.
Oooops, too late!

Signed Kirby Krackle CDs
Met Kyle Stevens of Kirby Krackle, the band, at Emerald City Comicon 2011.
Picked up some CDs and got them graciously autographed.
Fun music about Superheroes, video games and other geeky subjects.
Been listening to them all day.
Love the music and love that the band is named after Jack Kirby's method of drawing cosmic energy, Kirby Crackle.
